Our client Accoona Corporation's subsidiary ButterflyPhoto.com sells digital electronics with a volume of close to million dollar daily. The site's previous accounting and inventory control system was far from delivering accurate results. Accoona has choosen Netformix and Netsuite teams to build and deliver their next generation Accounting, inventory control, ERP, and CRM systems. The project started on August 2007. Within six short months, the first phase of the project has been successfully completed, on time and on budget. The new system is up and running since February 2008. The inventory, accounting, ERP, CRM operations are totally transferred to the new system. In this Netformix/Netsuite partnership, Netformix provided YouPub backend system for running autonomous web store, and web service integration. Netsuite developed the broker component that communicates between Netsuite and YouPub driven web stores. This has been by for the biggest Netsuite integration implementation on their ERP/CRM solutions.
